Well-known hardware insider KeplerL2 has claimed that a new version of the PS Portal will be released by Sony Interactive Entertainment later this year, which will take the form of an OLED model. While nothing has been announced yet by the format holder, KeplerL2 revealed during a thread on NeoGAF that “they’re even doing another version this year,” while responding to comments that the PS Portal has been doing well in terms of sales. In a follow-up reply, he clarified that this will be an “OLED version.”The PS Portal was released in November 2023 and allows users to stream content from their PS5 to the device using the Remote Play functionality via Wi-Fi.
