The programme aimed to further strengthen the organisation’s quality culture and promote continuous improvement by recognising the outstanding contributions of employees and business partners. He congratulated the award winners and vendor partners, underlining that long-term partnerships with vendors form a strong pillar of BHEL’s quality journey. Baghel, General Manager (Quality & Business Excellence), said BHEL’s identity is closely linked with world-class quality standards, robust systems and a culture of continuous improvement. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Anurag Shukla, AGM (Business Excellence & Quality – Feeders).
