The planning inspectorate refused Kier HGP Tunbridge Wells' application for a "full award" of costs against Tunbridge Wells Borough Council. An appeal in September last year by Kier Property, part of UK construction and property group, Kier, was successful. ‌Another said: "I'm supporting this housing development in Tunbridge Wells because I've had to move a few times before, and I'm now in temporary housing. They said six affordable homes, of five two-bedroom and one one-bedroom shared ownership flats would be provided however.
