A busy A-road near Ashford and the M20 was blocked following a crash involving a car and a lorry this morning (January 30). The collision happened on the A2070 Bad Munstereifel Road outbound carriageway between The Boulevard and the M20 at J10. Queueing traffic had been reported in the area and delays to travel built while the disruption continued. A police spokesperson said: "Kent Police was called at around 6.05am on Friday, January 30 to reports of a collision involving a car and a lorry on A2070 Bad Munstereifel Road near Ashford. Officers are in attendance and the road is currently closed while the vehicles are recovered.
