"Unfortunately, what we've seen is two private facilities that are well known to the ACT community, which are no longer operating for a range of different reasons that were privately owned, and so the government, recognising the calls from the community and listening to the community about that, will need to step in and sometimes that will be required," Ms Berry said on Thursday.
