Traffic Wales has announced a series of rolling roadblocks on the eastbound carriageway, stretching from Junction 18 ( Llandudno Junction) to Junction 24 ( Abergele ). ‌The traffic measures are scheduled to take place between 9am and 10am to allow crews to carry out essential carriageway repairs safely. While the rolling blocks are designed to keep traffic moving at a reduced speed rather than forcing a full closure, officials have advised advising drivers of the works. ‌A Traffic Wales statement on X said: "There will be a series of rolling road blocks on A55 eastbound between J18 Llandudno Junction - J24 Abergele starting at 09:00 - 10:00 for carriageway repairs.
