Tonnes of rock and debris crashed onto the beach at Porth Swtan (Church Bay), Anglesey.
It was the fourth reported landslip at the beach in the past fortnight, raising concerns for visitor safety.
Anglesey Council has reacted by closing a section of the path above the popular beach.
In a social media message, the local authority warned visitors to “avoid the area”.
The local authority only recently erected a new danger sign on Porth Swtan’s access ramp, warning of the risk of falling rocks.
