AVONDALE — Two co-owners of Warlord restaurant are speaking out against their business partner as he faces allegations of abusing two women and creating a toxic work environment. Emily Kraszyk and John Lupton, chefs and co-owners of Warlord, 3198 N. Milwaukee Ave., called the allegations against co-owner Trevor Fleming “reprehensible.” It’s the first time the two have publicly broken ranks with Fleming. Warlord owners and chefs John Lupton, Trevor Fleming and Emily Kraszyk in the kitchen. Gilbert Villegas (36th), whose ward includes the possible Lords location, said his office has been made aware of “troubling allegations of abuse” about Fleming. He said he has not abused former romantic partners or Warlord workers.
