Marimar Martinez was shot multiple times by federal immigration agents during an October clash in Brighton Park, where residents were protesting the federal officers’ presence. Agents alleged Martinez chased them and rammed her car into an agent’s car, claims Martinez and her attorney disputed. The forum, which will involve participation by federal lawmakers who sit on House and Senate oversight committees, will take place 2 p.m., Tuesday.
