An application was filed recently seeking permission to change an Albany Road unit from retail use to a studio. ‌The proposal states: "The application seeks permission for the change of use of the existing premises at 69b Albany Road, Coventry, from a retail unit to a tattoo studio. "Prior to commencement of the use hereby permitted, details of cycle parking facilities shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority," this condition states. "The cycle parking facilities shall be provided in full accordance with the approved details prior to first occupation of the building and thereafter those facilities shall remain available for use at all times and shall not be removed or altered in any way."
