UPDATED AT 6:07 P.M.:The Latah County Sheriff’s Office announced Thursday that a deceased man was found near the intersection of U.S. Highway 95 and Thorn Creek Road south of Moscow. The male was identified as Joseph T. Bonnell-Hall, who was reported missing earlier in the day. Idaho State Police are assisting the sheriff’s office in the investigation. He typically spent his weekends in Plummer and traveled to the University of Idaho during the weekdays. Police closed Thorn Creek Road for several hours during Thursday’s investigation.
