Subscriber content previewSEATTLE — King County is awarding $23.7 million in Housing Finance Program awards to eight affordable housing developments.
Between them, the awarded projects will add 672 new units to the county's affordable housing inventory.
The funded developments are in South King County, East King County, and the city of Seattle.
They will prioritize housing for low-income residents, people experiencing homelessness, families with children, and communities that have been historically excluded from access to stable housing.
