Plans to build a two-bedroom house in the grounds of Old Baskeville House in Barbourne Road have been submitted to the city council.
“Originally constructed as a single grand residence, the property has since been subdivided into multiple self-contained flats, yet it continues to retain its historic character and architectural significance,” the plans say of the Grade II listed property, which dates back to the 18th century.
