The A449 between Colwall and Ledbury was closed in both directions following a crash at 6pm last night at the junction of the B4218 and A449 near Colwall. A witness reported that the Colwall junction at the A449 near the Wellington pub was still completely shut off at around 10pm last night. A spokesperson for the West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called to reports of an RTC at 6pm at the junction of the B4218 and A449 near Colwall. A woman was treated by ambulance staff for serious injuries and conveyed to Queen Elizabeth Hospital. A second woman was treated for potentially serious injuries before being conveyed to Hereford County Hospital."
