The grade-II listed retail building in the centre of Winchester will be sold at the Acuitus commercial property auction on February 12, with a guide price of £1,475,000 to £1,500,000.
Located on the pedestrianised section of High Street, the property includes a ground-floor retail unit and two upper floors of ancillary space.
