This individual was a fugitive from justice in that state, charged with aggravated domestic violence against his partner. According to the accusations, on Tuesday, January 20, Eduardo “N” allegedly threatened the woman with death at her home, located in the Milenio III Residential area of ​​Querétaro City. The man is a restaurant manager and, on the day of the incident, had been drinking alcohol with a friend, who left the residence after the two men argued. Later, the accused went upstairs to a room where the woman was, punched her in the face, and, holding a knife and a hammer, allegedly threatened to kill her. For these acts, a judge in Querétaro issued an arrest warrant, which was executed today by the aforementioned local and federal authorities.
