Charity seeks new farm instructor to support adults with disabilities

Duckyls Farm, a 100-acre care farm near East Grinstead, is run by the Diagrama Foundation and offers day opportunities for adults with learning disabilities.
The farm is currently hiring a full-time Care Farm and Community Instructor to help deliver person-centred support through farming, animal care and skill-building activities.
Keri Strugnell, care farm and community manager for Diagrama Community Services at Duckyls Farm, said: "The joy of creating a farm like Duckyls is seeing the adults we support truly have a voice.
Other responsibilities include planning and delivering meaningful activities, supporting care planning, building positive relationships, promoting teamwork and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
Previous experience in a similar setting and relevant qualifications in care, farming, or animal management are also desirable.
