With sub-zero wind chills expected throughout central Pennsylvania, many schools are opting to delay their openings on Friday. The National Weather Service listed several counties in its winter weather message, including Dauphin, York, Lancaster, Lebanon, Cumberland, Adams, Perry and Franklin counties.
