Ranchi: In a shocking incident of alleged violence against healthcare workers, an on-duty nursing staff at Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Ranchi, was allegedly assaulted and verbally abused by attendants of a patient admitted at the Medicine Department. According to a video statement of the nurse that went viral on social media, the incident took place when she was on duty. Despite the nurse clarifying that the concerned doctor was not on shift, the male attendant allegedly began recording a video. The nurse claimed that the female attendant pushed her from behind and pulled her hair.
