Rapid7 is looking to build regional momentum with the addition of Simon Ractliffe as general manager for the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. The former Secureworks regional managing director as Australia, New Zealand, and South East Asia, will see him drive initiatives to deepen partner and customer engagements in his new role at Rapid7. He will also be expected to build on the security vendor’s regional momentum and support its next phase of growth in the region by leading its commercial strategy and operations within APJ. Ractliffe comes into the role with more than 30 years of leadership experience across the cyber, cloud, and AI industries. In addition to his time at Secureworks, he also worked at Qualys, IBM and Singtel.
