Three thoughts on San Diego State’s 73-50 win against Colorado State on Wednesday night at Viejas Arena:1. The Aztecs were down three and forced Colorado State into a missed 3-pointer. Wednesday’s 23-pointer against Colorado State was the 17th that lopsided of 58 games so far, or 29.3%. The 12-school conference has seemingly partitioned into upper and lower divisions, with two middling teams — Boise State and UNLV — in between. The upper division of SDSU, Utah State, New Mexico, Nevada and Grand Canyon is 24-1 against the bottom five — Fresno State, Colorado State, Wyoming, San Jose State and Air Force.
