(East Oregonian/File)HERMISTON — The Hermiston and Umatilla school districts released their 2024-25 graduation rates, and both exceeded the state average. The Hermiston School District’s four-year 2024-25 graduation rate was 85%, up from the previous year’s rate of 80.1%. Umatilla School District’s graduation rate for the 2024-25 school year fell by 2.5% from the previous year to 87% but exceeded the state average of 83%. The 2025 data showed a former ELL graduation rate of 88.6% and a migrant student graduation rate of 78.6%.
