Councillors also raised concerns about over development, the impact on nearby schools during construction, privacy issues and whether more student accommodation is needed. Bristol is being ruined, some people say we have to build up to get everyone in, the answer is no. There are far too many applications for student accommodation when the city needs family housing. It is about time the planners got a grip on the housing situation in our city and instigated a policy against further student accommodation.
