The digitisation of the country’s outdated court systems is a multi-year, $200 million project expected to improve access to information and speed up access to justice, but to deliver on this transformation the Government has put a hold on the implementation of all new law and order policies during the rollout. In December, Cabinet agreed that the moratorium was needed to avoid disrupting the rollout of the programme.
