Michigan State hockey is in the midst of yet another strong season. The Spartans clearly have their eyes on the future, besides trying to score their third straight Big Ten title. This new prospect marks the fourth player who was drafted into the NHL in the incoming 2026-27 recruiting class for Michigan State. Michigan State hockey has its Trey Augustine replacementJoshua Ravensbergen who was the 30th overall pick by the San Jose Sharks in the 2025 NHL Draft, made it official this week that he will be suiting up for the Spartans next season. It's clear that Michigan State hockey is back.
