Global supply of crude oil and other liquids declined on a monthly basis by 277,000 b/d in December to 107.34 million b/d, primarily because of unplanned outages in Russia and Kazakhstan, according to Energy Intelligence data. Crude oil output for the month amounted to 80.38 million b/d, a tiny gain of 30,000 b/d over November.
