Held at the Great Yorkshire Showground, the conference was created by the Yorkshire Agricultural Society as a dedicated event for the farming community. Allister Nixon, CEO of the Yorkshire Agricultural Society, said: "What a fantastic landmark first Yorkshire Farming Conference we have enjoyed. "It was a real pleasure to bring everyone together, particularly at the start of a new year and ahead of the Great Yorkshire Show in July. The conference included a panel on the connection between farming and food education. The Yorkshire Agricultural Society has confirmed that the conference will return next year, on Wednesday January, 27, 2027.
