Phoenix Software, based in York, raised £25,469.52 for St Leonard’s Hospice through a year of fundraising activities, including a standout event called Race for a Reason.

The majority of the funds, just over £20,000, were raised through the Race for a Reason challenge.
Ms Pickering added: "While the amounts raised are important, what matters most is the generosity, teamwork and shared commitment shown in support of St Leonard’s Hospice and the work it does."
St Leonard’s Hospice provides free specialist care for people with life-limiting illnesses.
