Held at Bradford Industrial Museum between 11am and 4pm, the annual festival is woven around a wool market with over 20 stalls from local traders. The stall will offer all things woolly, including a range of wool, yarn and textile-based products ranging from natural dyed yarn, handmade bags, jewellery, artwork, books, and needlefelt ornaments. Visitors will also be able to join a range of talks and find information from local institutions with links to the wool industry in the Bradford district, such as Bradford College, Undercliffe Cemetery volunteers, and Bradford Movie Makers. People can also visit the permanent displays at the Bradford Council-run museum, which was originally built around 1875 as a small, worsted spinning mill. We’re delighted to be once again hosting this fabulous event at our Bradford Industrial Museum to celebrate all things ‘woolly’.
