Vehicle one, a 2025 Toyota Crown driven by 32-year-old Bilal Muhammad, was driving south on S.R. The Crown crossed over the double yellow line while approaching a hill to pass several vehicles. Muhammad was cited for reckless driving-passing a double yellow on a hill.
