Police Constable 1940 Issa appeared before an accelerated misconduct hearing at Ormskirk Police Station on Friday, January 23, where the allegations against him were upheld. The hearing heard that between February and September 2024, PC Issa formed emotional relationships with six women he had met in the course of his duties. Lancashire Constabulary previously said the behaviour amounted to an alleged “abuse of his position". Following the hearing, the chair found that PC Issa’s conduct breached those standards and amounted to gross misconduct. As a result, PC Issa was dismissed without notice.
