Sonya Corris, 53, was diagnosed with neuroblastoma, an aggressive form of cancer, at the beginning of last year.

It took more than six weeks for the GP to send the documents across, said Mrs Corris.
"Mayflower said they had up to four weeks to send the documents across - but they did not.
