The Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust has applied to convert a building next to the car park at Tilney All Saints Primary School, near King's Lynn, for pupils to use before and after school. A planning statement says the new facility, which will include a main room along with a toilet and kitchen, "will benefit the community greatly". It adds: "The proposals will provide a much-needed provision for the village, to care for pupils both before and after school, allowing parents and carers the flexibility to work longer hours for instance, knowing children will be well looked after in safe and familiar surroundings by qualified staff from the school." The single-storey building in the school grounds is currently used for storage.
