ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Two former Olympians and former Rochester Amerks will be making an appearance at an upcoming Amerks home game. Brian Gionta and David Leggio will be at the Amerks game on Friday, Feb. 6 during the teams Olympic night. Both of them played on the men’s national team at the 2018 Winter Olympic Games in PyeongChang, South Korea. The first 2,500 fans in attendance will get a replica of the 2018 U.S. Men’s Olympic Team photo. Opening ceremonies for the 2026 Milan Cortina Winter Olympics is also set for Friday, Feb. 6.
