Sunderland Road, in Gateshead, will be shut at the bus gate from its junction with High Street to its junction with Lindisfarne Drive overnight from 11.59pm on February 9. Only vehicles associated with the works and emergency service vehicles on duty will be able to use this stretch of road until the works are completed.
