FARGO — Some of the top leaders in building community across the region were recognized on Thursday night, Jan. 29, in Fargo. Emerging Prairie gave its annual '1 Million Thanks' awards at the Plains Art Museum. ADVERTISEMENTThe awards have been bestowed since 2015 and are designed to honor organizations and people who contributed most to shaping the region's ecosystem. The parent company for WDAY TV and InForum, Forum Communications, received the Community Leadership Award, given to organizations who lead with vision and integrity. The award was accepted by Forum Communications President and CEO Bill Marcil Jr.
