NY weather: Cold weather advisory active for part of New York until Saturday morning – below zero wind chills

On Friday at 1:40 a.m. the National Weather Service issued a cold weather advisory in effect until Saturday at 10 a.m. for Orange, Putnam, Rockland and Westchester counties. The weather service says to prepare for, "Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 15 degrees below."
