At 3.45 NZTA reported:State Highway 2 is down to one northbound lane at a multi-vehicle crash site north of Ngauranga. And NZ Police reported:One northbound lane is blocked following a four-vehicle crash on State Highway 2/ Hutt Road, between Wellington and Petone. Motorists can expect delays. Nothing further from NZTA till 5pm when it said traffic was backed up from Ngauranga to the Terrace Tunnel:
