Hyderabad: Skyportz, a global company specialising in vertiport design and advanced air mobility (AAM) infrastructure, has entered a strategic partnership with Vertiports India, a dedicated division of Gomsons Aviation Pvt. Ltd., to develop vertiport infrastructure across India. The partnership aims to support India’s emerging urban and regional air mobility ecosystem and aligns with the Government of India’s long-term development roadmap under the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision. Vertiports India, supported by Gomsons Aviation’s presence in the Indian aviation sector, will lead localisation, stakeholder coordination, regulatory approvals and on-ground execution. As the country prepares for future modes of transportation, vertiport infrastructure is expected to play a role in shaping next-generation mobility solutions over the coming decades.
