Tirupati: Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has unearthed massive disproportionate assets allegedly amassed by Tirumalesh, a suspended office subordinate working at the Sub-Registrar Office in Renigunta, Tirupati district. The total value of the assets is preliminarily estimated at around Rs 50 crore, officials said on Thursday. Multiple locations searchedOne of the ACB teams conducted searches on Thursday morning at Sri Lakshmi Nivas Apartments in Ramachandra Nagar, Tirupati, in the presence of Tirumalesh. During the raids, officials identified documents related to:A G+3 residential building at Chaitanyapuram, TirupatiTwo plots under the Tiruchanur jurisdictionDocuments linked to 10 additional properties, including land and buildingsAll relevant property documents were seized. Tirumalesh is likely to be arrested on Friday morning and produced before the Nellore ACB Court.
