A man, a woman, two teenage boys and three pets have died in a suspected double murder-suicide, which police have described as a “devastating tragedy” at a home in Perth’s affluent western suburbs. Upon arrival, all four family members — a 50-year-old man, a 49-year-old woman and two children, aged 14 and 16 — were found dead in different parts of the home, as well as a note.
