The 12 teams that are eliminated from this season’s Europa League are confirmed. They are Young Boys, Sturm Graz, FCSB, Go Ahead Eagles, Feyenoord, Basel and RB Salzburg. Others include Maccabi Tel-Aviv, Malmo, Utrecht, Nice and Rangers. Brann edged Young Boys to the final play-off spot for the knockouts on goal difference. They will also not play in another European competition as the rules have changed.
