Capcom has opened a teaser website for Okami‘s 20th anniversary, which it will celebrate on April 20. The website currently features the series’ 20th anniversary logo, with calligraphy by calligrapher Masumi Narita, as well as a short message and an overview of the series. This month, the Okami series celebrates its 20th anniversary. Please join us in celebrating this 20th anniversary. A sequel to Okami, currently known as Okami Sequel, was announced in December 2024, and is currently in development by Hideki Kamiya-led studio CLOVERS alongside M-TWO and Machine Head Works.
