Building condemned at Park Forest apartment complex amid heating problemsPARK FOREST, Ill. (WLS) -- A building has been condemned in the Village of Park Forest, and residents say many more should be too at a big apartment complex where many were living without working furnaces. They say signs of heat have been hit or miss in the Autumn Ridge Apartment Complex, that includes townhomes and several apartment buildings. One tenant, who does not want to be identified, says his unit has been without a working furnace last winter. The Village of Park Forest stepped in to help. People who live in the complex say reporting issues to property management does not help.
