Thousands of residents in Kpandai District are celebrating after the Supreme Court ruled in favour of Mr Mathew Nyidam, overturning a High Court judgement that had annulled his election as member of parliament (MP). In a 4-1 majority decision, the apex court quashed the lower court’s verdict, confirming Nyidam’s win for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
