Main Roads WA says a truck has pulled over on Kwinana Freeway southbound, at Mill Point Road in South Perth, reported at 1.31pm. The truck, which appears to be carrying debris and rubble, has been cleared, but traffic is slow on approach, and is causing congestion as of 2.15pm.
