Before The Wood Brothers, Chris Wood formed Medeski Martin & Wood alongside John Medeski on keyboards and Billy Martin on drums, in 1991. This month, Medeski Martin & Wood’s Tonic joined the Blue Note Records’ Classic Vinyl series.
