The Galesburg Silver Streaks girls basketball team moved to 22 - 2 on the season, and 9 - 1 in the Western Big 6 Conference, with a 70 -58 come-from-behind victory over the Moline Maroons Thursday night at John Thiel Gymnasium. After everything seemed to go against them in the 1st half, Galesburg turned it around with an incredible 2nd half effort. She finished with a double-double, 29 points and 12 rebounds, and played solid defense all night. They pulled down 32 rebounds, 19 of which were offensive, they had 17 assists, and committed 11 turnovers. The Silver Streaks will be back in action Saturday when they travel to Quincy for a big conference rematch with the Blue Devils.
