The 53-year-old, humble, Texas native, Aaron Glenn, is now preparing for his second season in charge of the Jets, having signed a five-year contract last January. But many Jets fans will still be watching closely for exactly what changes now take place between now and the NFL Draft, the Senior Bowl, the Combine, and pro days. Arguably, the changes will not yield the results everyone wants. However, Jets fans will be supportive now that a running back is no longer the QB coach. After all, once staff changes are solidified, then we can talk about the NY Jets Roster itself.
