“No NDA’s in the DFL” meeting at ZeitgeistDULUTH, Minn. — The topic of non-disclosure agreements took center stage at a public meeting at Zeitgeist. Elected officials and community members alike gathered to discuss NDA’s ahead of an upcoming caucus. The focus was on how NDA’s have been used by officials, but an update was also provided on the Hermantown data center. Small groups broke out for discussions on developing resolutions and action items aimed at banning DFL candidates from signing NDA’s moving forward. The meeting was hosted by Commissioner Ashley Grimm, Senator Jen McEwen, Representative Liish Kozlowski, and City Councilor Wendy Durrwachter.
